This beautiful, newly constructed, 3 bedroom home - 2 bath home is site 5721 on Old Kings Road. Amazing porch and entertaining space in this quiet section of Ocean Lakes. This is a raised home with off street parking, outdoor shower and upper and lower relaxation space. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and 1 bedroom has a queen bunk bed, the home can sleep up to 8. This home is equipped with a washer/dryer and all up to date kitchen appliances. The home is not pet friendly nor smoker friendly, guests must be 25 years of age to book and individual who books MUST be present to stay for the entire reservation. There is no golf cart with this home but carts are available to rent from Ocean Lakes or you can bring one from home! Guest provides all paper products, bed and bath linens are provided. This home has a minimum of 2 nights stay in the off peak season and is a Saturday to Saturday rental beginning June 1, 2024
