The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite (full bath with shower only) and the guest room has a queen bed and twin over twin bunks. There is a full hall bath with tub/shower combination. The front porch has a dining table for enjoying a meal outside, Adirondack chairs for golf cart watching and a hammock for that afternoon nap. Home sleeps 6, no pets, no golf cart, no smoking, vaping or drug use. 25 years of age to rent and primary renter must stay for the duration of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Eighty-five percent (85.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
