Site C14 is on Seahorse Lane which is a 2 minute walk to the beach! Feeling TipSea has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with open concept living, dining and kitchen area. There are 2 couches in the living area that fold out into beds. A deck with seating and a charcoal grill for your enjoyment are also available. This home isn't for smokers and is not pet friendly, there is a complementary golf cart with this home (must be over 21 to drive.) Feeling TipSea is also within walking distance to the pools and waterpark, playgrounds, basketball court, and other oceanfront amenities. Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided. To book you must be 25 years of age and person who books must be present during the entire stay. Feeling TipSea is a nightly rental with a 2 night minimum.

Large playgrounds, skate park, workout stations and outdoor recreation including sand volleyball, shuffleboard courts and basketball courts. Sports equipment is available in the Recreation Office as well as bicycle rentals and beach wheelchairs (first come first serve). Great nature center for the whole family, nightly golf cart parade, fishing, bocce ball, horseshoes, and ping pong.

Sandy Mart has all of your grocery, snacking, clothing, beach gear, and memorabilia for your visit.

Sandy’s Meet n’ Eat - for burgers, pizza, ice cream, etc.

Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center is a recreation complex that includes a water park with 5 pools (one indoor/heated in winter), water slides, lazy river, Sandy Harbor splash zone, sun decks, an Arcade, miniature golf, restrooms, changing areas, and an indoor/outdoor Cafe. Certified lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. **Please note that some amenities such as miniature golf and the cafe do cost extra.

Cancellation Policy: Eighty-five percent (85.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
