L25 is a beautiful 2 level stilted home with amazing views of the ocean. This home is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. 3 of the bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th bedroom has a twin over double bunk. The well equipped kitchen is perfect for dining in, seating is available both inside and out (there is a gas grill on premises too.). L25 has 2 balconies, one on each floor with exterior seating and Atlantic views. The home is not pet or smoker friendly, there is an outdoor shower for getting sand off before you head inside for the day. A washer and dryer are available in the home, bed and bath linens are provided. This home doesn't come with a golf cart but they are available for rental from Ocean Lakes or you can bring your own. L25 is just a short walk from the ocean and the waterpark/pool area. Please be advised that parking is extremely tight due to the location of the home. If you are driving a larger vehicle please be prepared to park in overflow. There is basically space for 1 vehicle under the house and one beside the house. You must be 25 years of age to rent, This home is a Saturday to Saturday rental in the peak season and a nightly rental with a 2 night minimum the rest of the year. You will not be disappointed with this home and you definitely will not want to leave!
