NaNa's Nest

NaNa's Nest is a cozy retreat at 1829 Starfish Road. This is a newly remodeled stick-built home that has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bottom bed with a twin bed above. There are 2 full baths in the home and a washer/dryer. There is an open concept kitchen and living room area. There is a ceiling fan in the living area and in all bedrooms as well as TV's in those areas.  A great screened-in porch with outdoor dining area. There is no golf cart with this home, guests must provide their own beach towels and paper goods; bed and bath linens are provided. This is a non-smoking, no pet home.  There is exterior camera monitoring at this home.

 7 night (Saturday to Saturday) minimum to book in the peak season, 2 night minimum the rest of the year.  Minimum age to book is 25, person who books must be a guest during the entire stay.

50% of payment is due at booking; balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  If the booking is within 30 days the entire payment is due.  Payment(s) is made using credit/debt card.  A $500.00 security deposit is placed against the card 2 days prior to arrival and released within 7 days of departure pending home inspection.

Cancellation Policy: Eighty-five percent (85.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
