Located on Snapper Lane, Paradise Place is site 1271 and is an adorable 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house has all the comforts of home. You will love unwinding on the front porch, watching traffic go by and families playing cornhole in the street. There is an open concept kitchen, den and dining area with a hall bath that leads to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest room as a full bed; there is also a 2nd bath near the guest bedroom. There is a queen sofa bed in the living area that could accommodate 2 people if needed. This home is approximately a 3 minute golf cart ride to the beach. This home isn't pet friendly, no smoking in the house or outside please. This home doesn't have a golf cart but they are available to rent from Ocean Lakes. This home is perfect for a small family! Great location, off street parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on the size. Overflow parking is available. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for use during your stay, but you will need to provide all paper goods such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Linens will be included. This home doesn't have internet services but free WiFi is available at the Cafe, Rec. Center, Arcade and pool areas. This is a family campground so parties and please follow the rules of Ocean Lakes; any violation will result in all guests being removed from the home without reimbursement. MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT and person over 25 must stay at the house the entire stay! Your family will enjoy all of the Ocean Lakes amenities and make great memories during your stay at Paradise Place!
