Pelican's Roost has all you need for the perfect vacation.  Located in A Place At The Beach V, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is across the street from the ocean but is an easy walk.  Walking distance to Flip Flops, The Sands Beach Club, the ever popular Ocean Annie's and a short drive to Restaurant Row, Tanger Outlets, Arcadian Shores Golf Course, the Apache Pier and Barefoot Landing.  The unit has a comfortable den/kitchen and dining area; everything you need for meal preparation is available.  The unit features a master bedroom with queen size bed and a guest room with a twin bed and a full/twin bunk; the sofa will also pull out to a full size sleeper - this unit sleeps 6.  There are 2 full size bathrooms and does have a tub/shower combo.  The unit has cable and internet and a balcony that overlooks green space and has a distant pool view.  This unit is not pet friendly and guests provide their own beach towels and paper products  Bed and bath linens are provided.   Guests do have access to 2 pools, one behind the building and one that is ocean front.  This complex doesn't allow guests to have golf carts or motorcycles, there are only 2 parking passes issued with this unit.  For reference this is located at 191 Maison Drive and is unit B218,

Cancellation Policy: Eighty-five percent (85.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
