You will have an amazing stay at 1701 on Mermaid! This lovely home has all of the comforts of home with the beach just a short walk away. A short golf cart ride to direct Ocean access, two playgrounds, basketball courts and more!! Many other amenities are just as close in proximity. 1701 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with coastal theme and sleeps up to 6 people. There is a well appointed kitchen that includes a Keurig and the items you will need on vacation. The kitchen is an open concept space shared with the living and dining area, . There is outside seating on the front porch, downstairs is a comfortable swing and picnic table near the outdoor shower. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which also has a queen bed. There is a gas grill at this home as well. No smoking/vaping/drug at this home and it is not pet friendly. You just be 25 years of age or older to book and you must remain for the complete stay. Ocean Lakes is a family friendly park, no parties or inappropriate activities are welcome at this house, there is a 0 tolerance policy. This is a Saturday to Saturday rental. All linens for beds, baths and kitchen are provided. There is no golf cart with this home but they are available for rental from Ocean Lakes
