It is all about location at The Sandy Shell

Do you want to walk to the beach? If so, The Sandy Shell is for you! This adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is site A16 on East Canal Lane. Who needs a cart, it's only a 2 minute walk to the sand and playground from this house! Many other amenities are just a close proximity, such as the observation deck, pools, waterpark, basketball courts and convenience store. The homes sleeps up to 4 people, there is a master bedroom with a king bed and a guest bedroom with a double bed, both bedrooms have access to bathrooms. The home has a kitchen with everything,, a table for seating 4 and there is a washer/dryer available as well. There is a small deck on the front of the home for watching the golf carts parade by. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for use during your stay, but you will need to provide all paper goods; linens will be included. This is a family campground so parties and please follow the rules of Ocean Lakes; any violation will result in all guests being removed from the home without reimbursement. MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT and person over 25 must stay at the house the entire stay! This home doesn't come with a golf cart but they are available to rent from Ocean Lakes. This is not a smoke or pet friendly home.

Cancellation Policy: Eighty-five percent (85.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
